THE ASHDON LIFETIME WARRANTY
Ashdon Golf warrants every putter against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If your putter fails due to a manufacturing defect at any point after purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you — no questions, no expiration, no runaround.

- Face insert delamination or separation
- Structural cracking or fracturing of the head
- Finish failures not caused by normal wear
- Shaft or hosel separation at the joint
- Defective weighting or mass distribution
- Grip adhesion failures on new putters
- Any manufacturing defect present at delivery
NOT COVERED
- Normal wear and finish scuffing from play
- Damage from cart contact, drops, or misuse
- Alterations, modifications, or re-shafting by third parties
- Headcover loss or wear
- Cosmetic scratches from normal use
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers
- Second owners — warranty is non-transferable

A CLAIM
Three steps. No forms to download. No return merchandise authorization hoops to jump through.
EMAIL SUPPORT
Send a message to support@ashdongolf.com with your order number and a clear description of the defect. Include 2–3 photos showing the issue — one close-up of the defect and one showing the full putter.
CLAIM REVIEW
Our team reviews every claim personally. We'll respond within one business day with a determination. If we need additional photos or information, we'll let you know exactly what's required.
RESOLUTION
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement putter of the same model, or a current-model equivalent if yours has been discontinued. We cover all shipping costs. You keep the defective putter unless we specifically request its return.
