Shipped to most countries worldwide. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders placed before 12PM PT on business days are typically fulfilled same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Four steps. Prepaid label. No fees. We want you in the right putter — even if it takes two tries to find it.
CONTACT US FIRST
Email support@ashdongolf.com or use our contact form to let us know you'd like to return or exchange. Include your order number and the reason for the return so we can get things moving quickly.
RECEIVE YOUR LABEL
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day. No need to find a box — just reuse the original packaging if possible, or any secure box that fits the putter.
DROP IT OFF
Drop the package at any UPS or FedEx location (depending on your label). Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROCESSED
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Exchanges ship immediately. You'll receive email confirmation at each step.
RETURNS
We stand behind every putter we build. If yours arrives with a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund — no fees, no fine print.
Change your mind, or the fit isn't quite right? You can still return it within 30 days. Since every order ships free and each putter goes through inspection before it leaves us, non-defect returns are subject to a 20% restocking and shipping fee, deducted from your refund.

- Manufacturing defects: full refund, no fees
- Non-defect returns: 20% restocking & shipping fee deducted
