Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order we can usually make changes or cancel. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Email us immediately at support@ashdongolf.com.

Contact our support team and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — things like face delamination, structural cracking, or finish separation that occurred before the putter reached you. It does not cover damage from normal wear, improper use, or modifications.

The lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser only. If you purchase a pre-owned Ashdon putter, it is not covered under warranty. That said, our team is happy to evaluate and advise on any Ashdon product.

Standard length is 34 inches, which fits most players. If you're shorter than 5'6" or taller than 6'2", a custom length is likely worth considering. Contact us before ordering and we can guide you through measuring for your ideal length.

Yes — we offer custom length, lie angle, and grip options on most models. Lead times for custom orders are typically 2–3 weeks. Contact us directly to discuss what you're looking for.

Yes. Every Ashdon putter ships with a premium headcover. Additional headcovers are available as accessories.
