SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ashdon Golf website and your purchase of Ashdon Golf products. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
We've written these terms to be as clear and readable as possible. The sections in ALL CAPS contain legally significant limitations — please pay particular attention to those.
Section 01
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Ashdon Golf website at ashdongolf.com (the "Site"), placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.
Changes to Terms
Ashdon Golf reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or place an order. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Section 02
ORDERS & PURCHASES
Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by Ashdon Golf. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale, orders that contain errors in product descriptions or pricing, or orders where we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you before fulfillment. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay Installments. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. By submitting payment, you represent that you are the authorized cardholder or account holder.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where Ashdon Golf has nexus and is required by law to collect tax. The applicable tax rate is determined at checkout based on your shipping address.
Section 03
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Returns
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom-configured putters and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. For instructions on initiating a return, visit our Shipping & Returns page or contact support.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier at our fulfillment facility. Ashdon Golf is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by carrier error, but we will work with you to resolve any issues. Shipping insurance is included on all orders over $200.
Section 04
WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Ashdon Golf warrants its putters against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from normal wear and use, misuse, accidents, modifications, or damage caused by parties other than Ashdon Golf. The warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty Disclaimer
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, ASHDON GOLF MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@ashdongolf.com with your proof of purchase and a description and photos of the alleged defect. For full details on the warranty claim process, see our Warranty page.
Section 05
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Content
All content on the Ashdon Golf website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Ashdon Golf and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Ashdon Golf name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Ashdon Golf.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to download, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us (including through social media tags), you grant Ashdon Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing and business operations. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.
Section 06
PROHIBITED USES
What You May Not Do
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws; (b) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks; (d) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written consent; (e) impersonate Ashdon Golf or any person or entity; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site; (g) use the Site to resell our products without authorization; or (h) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
Section 07
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASHDON GOLF AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Cap on Liability
In no event shall Ashdon Golf's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the amount you paid to Ashdon Golf in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Exceptions
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Section 08
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@ashdongolf.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue formal legal action.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Section 09
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ashdon Golf regarding your use of the Site and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
