The visible triangles, arcs, and perimeter weighting aren't aesthetic choices — they're structural. Every gram of weight is placed where it creates the most moment of inertia, which directly resists twisting on off-center hits. The result is a putter that stabilizes your stroke rather than punishing it.

Geometric mass distribution means using the putter's shape — triangles, arcs, perimeter edges — to position mass at the extreme outer boundaries of the head rather than concentrating it in the center. This dramatically increases the moment of inertia (MOI), which is the putter's resistance to twisting when the ball isn't struck exactly on the sweet spot. Higher MOI means straighter roll, more consistent distance, and fewer three-putts from slight misses.

Every Roundabout putter features a precision-engineered circular face that measures exactly 1.6 inches in height — identical to the diameter of a golf ball. This does three things. First, it keeps the ball visually centered at address, so you always know exactly where you're making contact on the face. Second, the circle-on-circle geometry at impact prevents the ball from bouncing: rather than a glancing blow off a flat surface, the circular face pushes the ball forward, and friction immediately creates a pure, end-over-end roll. Third, the sight line running across the top of the circle is set at exactly golf ball height, so for the first time a golfer can look directly over the top of the ball at address — natural, effortless alignment with no guesswork. All Roundabout putters are USGA approved and patented.

Blades have a narrow, traditional head profile and typically suit players with a more arcing stroke. Mallets have a wider, heavier head that positions more mass away from the center, making them more forgiving on off-center hits and better suited to players with a straight-back, straight-through stroke. Ashdon offers both — and our fitting guide walks you through which stroke type matches which head shape.

Use your height as the guide — no measuring required. Over 6′: order 36″. Between 5′8″ and 6′: order 35″. Between 5′4″ and 5′8″: order 34″. At 5′4″ or under: order 33″. Under 5′3″: 32″ or 31″ — either works and comes down to personal preference. If you're taller than 6′3″ and need a putter longer than 36″, Ashdon can build up to 38″ on special request — email support@ashdongolf.com before ordering to arrange the custom build.

Face-balanced putters (where the face points up when balanced on your finger) suit straight-back, straight-through strokes. Toe-hang putters (where the toe drops down) suit arcing strokes. Yes — standard ground shipping is available to P.O. boxes. Expedited and overnight services require a physical street address.

We stand behind every putter we build. If yours arrives with a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund — no fees, no fine print. Changed your mind, or the fit isn't quite right? You can still return it within 30 days — but since every order ships free and each putter is inspected before it leaves us, non-defect returns are subject to a 20% restocking and shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Absolutely — exchanges are handled the same way as returns. Contact us, we'll send a return label, and once we receive your putter, your replacement ships the same or next business day. You'll get a new tracking number when it does.

Reach out to us and we'll do what we can. While we can't guarantee a refund outside the 30-day window, we want you in the right putter and will review on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

The Ashdon warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser — things like face delamination, structural cracking, or finish separation that arose from how the putter was built, not from use. It does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or third-party modifications.

Yes. For the original purchaser, the Ashdon warranty has no expiration date. Whether you've had your putter for six months or sixteen years, if a covered manufacturing defect surfaces, we'll address it.

No registration is required. Your warranty begins automatically on the date of purchase. Keep your order confirmation email — you'll need your order number if you ever file a claim.

The lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Pre-owned Ashdon putters are not covered under warranty. That said, our team is happy to evaluate and advise on any Ashdon product.

The warranty applies to new Ashdon putters purchased from any authorized retailer. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Putters purchased from unauthorized resellers or grey market dealers are not covered.

If your putter is no longer in production, we'll work with you to find the closest current equivalent or offer store credit toward any current-production model.

Modifications by third parties void coverage on any components affected by or adjacent to the modification. If only part of the putter was modified, coverage may still apply to unaffected components — contact us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping damage is handled separately from the warranty as a carrier claim, and typically resolved faster. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement immediately.
